Ranil’s Red Light Signal to Maithree

 One of the senior UNP Minister has disclosed to a website that Prime  Minister Ranil  Wickremasinghe has met the President Maithreepala Sirisena in a one to one talk and told him in no uncertain words,  that if his party members are continued  to be  targeted and victimized by the government, he would be compelled to withdraw from the government as from January 2018.

It is relevant to mention the fact here that 106 UNP and 35 SLFP members of parliament have formed the good governance government.
