Wimal Foresee the Country Divided Into 9 Provinces
National Freedom Front (NFF) leader Wimal Weerawansa said, the government is all out to satisfy the international community including United Nations through new constitution. Through this new constitution the country will be divided into 9 provinces, which pave way to establish Tamil Eelam, he said.
This new constitution is not going to benefit either Sinhalese or minorities, Tamil and Muslims. Hence, all must get together and fight against it. Separatist elements extended their support to this constitution to achieve their aspiration.
13th amendment to the constitution was brought for this purpose. What JR did earlier is being done by Ranil today. If the constitution is adapted, the country will be divided into 9 provinces, he declared.
