Rifkhan Bathiudeen to Resign From NPC  ?

News websites in Srilanka reported that  the Northern Provincial Council  Member Rifkhan Bathiudeen has resigned from his Membership of  the Northern Provincial Council .

He is the brother of  Rishad Bathiudeen , Minister of Industry and Commerce.
