National Dengue Control Unit to Launch Dengue Control Programmes in Several Provinces

Minister  of Health Rajitha Senaratne said, that the National Dengue Control Unit to launch dengue control programmes swiftly in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, North Western and Northern provinces due to inclement weather condition.

He further said that dengue is in the risk to rise again in the mentioned provinces due to the prevailing rainy conditions.

The Dengue Control Unit urged the public to be swift to seek medication if any individual is contaminated with a fever.
