Crucial Meeting Between the SLFP & Mahinda Faction

A meeting between the SLFP and the Mahinda faction is arranged today (28). The SLFP as well as Mahinda Faction have appointed a three member group from both sides to meet and sort out matters to pave way for them to contest the forth coming Local government election jointly under a electoral pact.

Mahinda faction is adamant that the SLFP should leave the government for such an arrangement, JO sources confirmed.
