A suspect was arrested with a stock of counterfeit currency notes in Valachchenai, Manipay, after a police raid.
This raid was carried out after a tip-off. The suspect was allegedly in possession of nine fake Rs.500 notes. He is to be produced before the Mallakam Magistrate Court today (8).
