NPC Counsellor Emanuel Arnold Resigns to Contest Jaffna Municipal Council Election

Tamil National Alliance member cum the Northern Provincial Council Counsellor  Emmanuel Arnold resigned from his position to contest as a candidate for the Jaffna Municipal Council at the upcoming Local Government election.

Northern Provincial Council Chairman C.V.K. Sivagnanam earlier today confirmed that  he has  submitted his resignation, which was accepted.
