Mahinda Welcomes The Recommendation Of The Bond Commission To Investigate Bond Issues Made During His Tenure?

 The Presidential Commission, which inquired into the Central Bank bond issue recommended that the bonds issued during the period commencing from 2008 and ending 2015 should be investigated.

While expressing his views on this matter, he welcomed the recommendation made by the Commission to investigate bond issues made during his tenure. He strongly believes that there won’t be any shortcomings. However, he said bond issue frauds may affect foreign investments.
