Addressing a press briefing at the Sirikotha UNP Headquarters, UNP General Secretary Kabir Hashim said , that the United National Party (UNP) election campaign for the upcoming LG election, would commence from Kandy at 2pm, under the patronage of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, today (18). Currently, the organizing mechanism from grassroots level is underway, but the main election rallies would commence from today.
