Government gazette declaring members of local government bodies in 24 districts was published on 15^th midnight. One gazette for one council was published.

There will be delay in issuing the gazette notification for Kandy District. It will probably be published on 20^th March 2018. Accordingly Election Commission has informed the Ministry of Provincial Councils and Local government.
