A Police Constable Died In Veyangoda Accident.

A motorcycle ridden by the police constable had collided with a push-cycle at around 7.10 pm yesterday on the Sapugastenna – Kalagedihena road.

A 23-year-old policeman was killed in this accident in Veyangoda .

After the accident, the motorcycle had veered off the road and toppled.

The motorcyclist died upon admitting to the Wathupitiwala Hospital.

The deceased was attached to Mannar Police Station.
