A special urgent Cabinet meeting is to be held today (13) at 12 noon at the Presidential Secretariat.
According to the unofficial sources, all Cabinet Ministers have been called to the Presidential Secretariat to discuss about the possible arrest of the High-Ranking Military Officer.
