(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – A Sri Lankan national living in a Refugee Camp in Tiruchi has been arrested for trying to cross over to Sri Lanka illegally.
Asian News International (ANI) reported that the Sri Lankan tried to illegally cross over to Sri Lanka in a plastic boat from Rameswaram earlier today (26).
Custom Officials nabbed her in Thangachimadam. She was taken to the Ramanathapuram Custom Office for further investigations.
