“Death penalty should not be implemented, only exist as punishment” – Mahinda

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa stated that the death penalty should not be implemented although it should exist as a punishment.

Rajapaksa made this remarks yesterday (15) following an event held in Piliyandala.
