According to the weather forecast, light showers will occur in Western and Sabaragamuwa Provinces and in Galle and Matara Districts, while showers or thundershowers are expected at a several places in Eastern, Uva and Central Provinces, and in Polonnaruwa and Mullaitivu Districts after 2.00 this evening.
