NPC Considers Appointment of An Interim Secretary

The National Police Commission is due to meet once again today to take a decision on the appointment of a new Secretary to the Commission.

Until a permanent appointment is made to the post of Secretary, an interim secretary is expected to be appointed to the post left vacant by the recent removal of Ariyadasa Cooray from his post as the Secretary to the NPC.
