Healing cancer depends upon rebuilding the immune system. Low immunity arises from inflammation, toxicity, acidity, poor diet, nutritional deficiencies, poor digestion, heavy metals, stress, past trauma, dehydration, chronic infections (root canal), overgrowth of the bad bacteria and parasites. A healthy immune system is able to identify and destroy cells before they grow out of control.
We start by addressing all of the above causes, and by doing so we will get into the true cause of cancer.
It is also of prime importance to alkalize the system, making sure that there is enough oxygen supply to the cells. An acidic environment promotes disease. Cancer cells cannot survive in a well-oxygenated environment, so we need to make sure that we supply plenty of living, oxygen-promoting foods and therapies.
Nourish the body with fresh, organic, living foods.
Choose a plant-based diet: organic fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, superfoods and vegan protein (hemp seeds, fermented/sprouted pea or brown rice protein powder).
Fruits and vegetables can be juiced (minimum 4 juices per day) or you can blend them with the protein powders.
It is preferable to use more green, leafy vegetables rather than fruits; for example 20% fruit to 80% vegetables. Small amounts of fruit is ok (3 pieces of fruit a day). Green apples, carrots, pineapple, beetroot, lemon, ginger, spinach, silver beet, cucumber, celery, kale, coriander and parsley are best choices.
Smoothies are an excellent way to get the essential nutrients daily.
Eliminate all processed foods.
Avoid sugar, (cancer thrives on sugar), artificial sweeteners, additives, preservatives, colors, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and GMO foods. A small amount of fruit is ok.
Avoid meat and dairy products.
They contain harmful chemicals, hormones and antibiotics which promote cancer growth. Get your protein from raw, vegan protein powders. They are much easier to digest and contain no chemicals. If you absolutely must have meat, choose grass fed, organic meat or wild-caught fish, and have no more than 100g per day. Avoid farmed fish.
Eliminate hydrogenated fats and processed oils.
Instead, have healthy, good fats such as flaxseed oil, chia seeds, avocado, olive oil, hemp oil, and plenty of coconut oil.
Improve gut function.
Eliminate foods irritating the gut (grains, sugar, dairy, processed foods, meat, alcohol), and replace them with fresh, unprocessed foods full of fiber, nutrients and enzymes. Eat clean. Include probiotics and fermented foods daily.
Drink only filtered, alkaline, preferably ionized water – minimum 2 litres daily.
It is absolutely crucial to eliminate fluoride, chlorine, plus all the other chemicals and toxins from the water. Filtering is essential. Drink from glass instead of plastic bottles.

Use cancer-healing spices.
Turmeric, ginger, garlic, coriander, chili, and clove.
Essential oils for cancer treatment are:
Frankincense and myrrh, thyme and clove (anti-fungal, anti-parasitic activity).
Include a detox regime.

Manage your stress.
Stress is depressing the immune system and destroying our overall health. When we are stressed we are producing lots of cortisol, causing acidity and hormonal imbalance. Cortisol robs us of the happy hormones serotonin and dopamine, and also shrinks our brain.
In cancer treatment, it is especially important to manage stress, as it leads to oxygen deprivation.
The best ways to reduce stress are to:

get out into nature and simply slow down

practice yoga or tai chi, deep breathing and listening to calm music

Treat fungus infections and parasites.
It is essential to remove the overgrowth of fungus and parasites using the following herbs: black walnut, wormwood, garlic, Pau d’ Arco, clove, plus thyme and oregano essential oils.
Diatomaceous Earth – effective in parasite treatment. It’s a phytoplankton with a strong negative charge. It absorbs and eliminates harmful, positively-charged organisms.
Check your fillings.
Contact a holistic dentist to remove amalgam fillings as they are very toxic to the whole system causing muscle and joint pain, depressing the immune system, causing memory loss and overall causing lots of inflammation. Also root canals can be a cause of chronic infection.
Get adequate sleep.
A minimum of 8 hours of peaceful, deep sleep is crucial for the body to repair itself. If you have difficulties falling asleep or waking up, use: passion flower, skullcap, chamomile, valerian, and magnesium. You can also have a relaxing bath with Epsom salt and 5-HTP.
Make sure your room is well ventilated and completely dark. All electrical appliances, especially your mobile phone, must be switched off. Relaxing music, inspirational books, and writing in a diary are great ways to calm down.
Correct nutritional deficiencies.
Nutritional deficiencies are very common due to consuming foods lacking basic nutrients. Processed foods not only contribute to overall toxicity but also make the body highly acidic.
It’s essential to switch to a plant-based diet and take supplements to alkalize and to correct nutritional deficiencies.
