President Sirisena Scheduled to Fly to Iran in December

 President Hassan Rouhani visited Southeast Asia last month, where  he met Sri Lankan President Maithripala Siresena on the sidelines of ACD summit in Bangkok. Iran President has extended an invitation to Maithripala Siresena to visit his country.

In response, President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena will   visit   Iran in December 2016.
They  are expected  to exchange  views about many international and regional issues along with bilateral  relations.

It is relevant  to mention  that  President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena had  already visited Iran in December 2006.
