CV Disappeared From SL Without the Knowledge of NP Governor

 Northern Province Chief Minister C.V. Wigneswaran has gone to Switzerland on his own   without appointing  another member  to act for him and  informing NP Governor.

The chief minister, who  has  left Sri Lanka on the 14 to Switzerland and America  is expected to return tomorrow.
