Weather Forecast For 30 th October 2016

There is a high possibility of heavy Showers or thundershowers at most parts of the island after 2.00 p.m. Heavy falls (more than 100 mm) can be expected at some places particularly, in the Uva, Central and Eastern provinces.

Showers will also occur along the coastal area in the morning too.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Southern provinces during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
