Can You Call Contract Killers as Army?

Minister of Health Rajitha Senaratne said yesterday, that those wearing army uniform, who killed people on orders given by Rajapakshes cannot be called as army. This is a disgrace to the army men. Several murders were carried out by these men.   They abducted people for ransom money and killed. Even journalists were killed during previous regime. All these killings, abductions and other antisocial work done by these uniformed killers brought disrepute to the country as well.  He said, that he will disclose all the details of killers and request President Maithreepala Sirisena not to defend these criminals in future.
