Bars Closed For Posan

Excise tax Department has  announced that all liquor shops in the island will be closed from today  5^th June  to 11^th  June on account of Posan Poya day.

Furthermore, the department has announced that all meats shops  in Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa districts will be closed during the seven days.  Arrangement have been made to carry out raids during this period. .

In addition, the seven days  all the above mentioned districts will be closed in all the districts. In addition, a special raid will be carried out by the department.
