Legal Action Against Engaging 250 Students During an Event.

Two hundred and fifty (250) students of a school in Gannaruwa Kandy were engaged for an event. Complaints had been lodged with the National Child Protection Authority, which conducted an in depth inquiry.

The NCPA has now sought the advice of the Attorney General, as to whether Court case could be filed against those responsible for the act under clause (A) of Section 308 of Act No 22 of 1995.
