Malaka Appeared Before The Court Today

Colombo Additional Magistrate  issued an arrest warrant against  former Minister  Mervyn Silva’s son Malaka yesterday (18 ), as he has failed to appear in court for the assault case filed against him.

Malaka appeared  before the court today (19) and submitted a medical certificate supporting  his absence in court yesterday. After perusing the medical certificate submitted by Malaka, the Colombo Additional Magistrate Dharshiks Wimalasiri  fixed the case for inquiry on the 6^th of March 2018.
